MAGWAVE WORKING TO HELP IN GREEN TRANSPORTATION
Green technology is on the rise but are the current companies fully solving the needs of the people? Electric cars, autonomous cars, and the Hyperloop help to solve many environmental and safety concerns but traffic congestion will still be a problem. Even Elon Musk has realized he may be in a self driving electric car but he is still sitting in traffic. Digging tunnels may help create some relief but the real issue is still being ignored.
That issue: Why are people stuck in traffic?
The answer: Capacity.
You can only put so many vehicles in a given space at a given time. Cities have been adding more and more lanes and they still soon become congested. Look inside other vehicles during rush hour how many people do you see? Most of the time you will see one person per vehicle going to or home from work. A waste of space and energy just to sit in traffic.
Magwave, Inc. is a startup that is here to help bring solutions to our current infrastructure issues. We believe that “time” is the most valuable thing we have and that it shouldn’t be spent in traffic. We look forward to bringing our services to society in the development of a new transportation infrastructure system. One that can work in parallel with our existing infrastructure, provide relief to the roads and, for the people who just want to get to where we are trying to go.
Magwave works on a monorail elevated guide way with a focus on smaller transit “Pods” that can work in the city and connects cities. Instead of using large train vehicles that only come on a schedule our smaller pods can pick you up and take you to your destination at any given time. Hail a pod on our app an you will soon be on your way. We will offer mass transit options but the main focus will be individual transport. Our transport services will offer transportation for both people and goods.
Currently we are working on our plans to build a test track and getting the team together.
